We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee successful project delivery within our Global Infrastructure portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving project execution while adhering to PMO and Financial Management policies and processes. The Project Manager will be accountable for coordinating all project-related activities, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of project plans, status reporting, SDLC deliverables, forecasting, and cost tracking. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT Solution Partners, Engineers, Business SMEs, IT RM&C (Compliance), IT PMO, and Finance stakeholders, to proactively identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues in a timely manner.Pay rate: $50-$60hour on W2. Position is not open to C2C candidates. Key Responsibilities:Lead IT projects, focusing on initiation, detailed planning, project resource management, and ensuring project quality and integrity.Track project milestones, tasks, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.Facilitate the execution of project tasks and mitigate delays through effective risk management.Assist in coordinating and executing quarterly and monthly project forecast updates, including data collection, cost estimation, and variance analysis.Ensure timely and high-quality PMO deliverables (e.g., status reports, change requests, funds reallocations).Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs and provide project updates.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.7+ years of experience in IT Project Management within structured PMO operations.PMP Certification (preferred).Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:In-depth understanding of scheduling and executing IT projects, including both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.Experience with Regulatory ComplianceGxP knowledge is a plus.Strong understanding of finance principles and project accounting within an IT organization.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with colleagues at all organizational levels.Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Attention to detail with the ability to view the larger picture and drive accountability.Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and group facilitation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, PowerBI), with experience using Microsoft Project Server andor other portfolio management tools.Equal Opportunity EmployerVeteransDisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
