The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and representing MCS with the utmost professionalism. Your primary focus will be selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) services, business IT services, and cloud services tailored for the Small to Medium Business (SMB) market. Realistic first year base + commission of $100,000. An experienced industry professional should easily exceed this amount. You are not capped on commission earnings in a year and selling multi-year contracts pays more commission. Also, bonuses are given when our sales reps exceeds annual sales goals.Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in assigned territories within the SMB market Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth in MSP services, business IT services, and cloud solutions Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and advancements in IT and cloud services Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably within the MSP services industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads and dealsValid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: Competitive salary and commission structure Health and dental insurance Simple IRA retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment MCS is an equal opportunity employer.
