We are looking for a professional sales and customer service-oriented store manager to oversee daily operations at our Philadelphia store. As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include selling, customer service, merchandising, human resource management, inventory management and business development strategies.The ideal candidate will be an excellent salesperson who is knowledgeable about cycling and bicycle mechanics and who can build a high performing retail team with a focus on customer satisfaction. Store Manager Responsibilities:Achieve sales goalBuild a team of retail professional with a focus on customer satisfactionRecruiting and training new staffMerchandise store to create an enjoyable retail experiencePrepare budgets and goals for storePrepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits vs ventory management; place purchase orders to replenish inventory.Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.Store Manager Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent qualification.Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role andor within the bicycle industry.Strong leadership and customer management abilities.Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.Knowledge of bicycle technologies and basic bicycle maintenanceLove of cycling is not required but sure helpsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work 40-hour week with one weekend dayBenefits- Employee discount on bikes and gear- Paid time off- Healthcare coverage- 401K
