Operations Specialist

Operations Specialist QUAD is currently seeking an Operations Specialist for our Plymouth Meeting area investment advisor client. In office position. This is a newly created role, ideal for a middle office operations professional, will be responsible for supporting public securities mandates and data infrastructure build out, as well as ensuring accurate client accounts investment per mandates. Responsibilities:Working with investment management team on incorporating investment ideas into various portfolio strategiesPerforming trade calculations and execution across accountsSupporting team members with Advent Black Diamond implementation and establishing best practicesMonitoring investment portfolio allocations and custodian and third party reconciliation servicesEnsuring accuracy of client reporting in collaboration with client services teamCompleting reconciliation issues investigations and resolutionsSkills Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Trade settlementasset management operations experience Experience with portfolio management and reporting systems (Advent Axys or Black Diamond preferred) Knowledge of Order Management Systems, cost analysis, and data reconciliation Ability to effectively liaison with custodians Strong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAdditional Details:Compensation: To $100k + discretionary bonus Employment Type: Direct Hirein office The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action employer.
