Construction Project ManagerJob Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Owners, Engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Plan, supervise, and manage a diverse range of construction projects.Coordinate scheduling of contractors, employees, and material deliveries.Oversee project budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with building codes and statefederal regulations.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies to resolve project challenges.Maintain direct communication with clients, engineers, vendors, and contractors to align expectations and ensure project success.Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.Address and resolve client concerns in a proactive, professional manner.Qualifications:Strong integrity, positive attitude, and willingness to contribute across various areas of the organization.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in field construction or project management.At least 3 years of direct client interaction and resource management experience across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.Proven commitment to quality, customer service, and project success.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software; experience with SAGE100 Construction Management is a plus.Benefits:Health & dental insurance with employer contribution to monthly premiums.Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution (optional with HDHP selection).Voluntary vision plan (100% employee-paid).Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability (STDLTD) and AD&D insurance after six months of employment.Voluntary 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).Six paid holidays per year.Paid vacation and sick pensation & Location:Salary: $105,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience.Location: Englewood, CO, with some travel to various job sites.Start Date: Immediate availability.This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional looking to take on a leadership role in the construction industry.
