About The CompanyMy client, a Greenville-based commercial general contractor are looking for a healthcare superintendent.About The RoleThey are currently seeking a Healthcare Superintendent in Greenville, SC to work on a number of healthcare projects typically ranging between $1mil - $80mil.As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and safety. Some of the key duties include.Collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements.Managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.Developing and executing project schedules and budgets while ensuring that the projects meet all safety and quality standards.Adhering to the project's filing and documentation organization system as per the project's guidelines.
