We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the next phase of our Enterprise Assortment Planning Tool implementation for Lane Bryant (New Albany, OH) and Talbots (Hingham, MA). This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless extension of the project, incorporating best practices from the initial phase while optimizing execution and user adoption.The ideal candidate is a highly organized, strategic problem-solver with a background in retail merchandising, planning, or allocation. They must be based near one of the two office locations and comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel between locations.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the IT Project Manager and EPMO to lead implementation, ensuring timely execution, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.Collaborate with brand cross-functional teams, Assortment Operations, and the IT Project Management Office to align business and technical objectives.Oversee multiple workstreams, driving progress and maintaining tegrate lessons learned from Phase 1 to refine the approach for Talbots and Lane Bryant's project extension.Guide teams through the light design phase, ensuring alignment on documentation and business needs.Support training initiatives and documentation to enhance user adoption.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless functionality and workflow efficiency.Work closely with brand teams to ensure smooth rollout and successful implementation.Provide regular project updates, including milestones, risks, and progress, to leadership and stakeholders.Serve as the main point of contact for project execution, ensuring clear and transparent communication.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in retail, with a strong understanding of project execution and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to manage large teams and multiple workstreams effectively.Prior experience in merchandising, planning, or allocation is required.Strong understanding of assortment planning tools, allocation, or inventory management systems.Experience with S5, JDA, Bamboo Rose, or Flex PLM is highly fortable working with IT teams and project management tools to align business needs with system capabilities.Ability to document workflows, support training, and lead testing phases.Must be based in Columbus (OH) or Hingham (MA) and willing to be on-site up to three days per week.
