This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed data analysis of financial reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.Assist in investor relations activities, including preparing presentations and communicating financial performance to stakeholders.Contribute to treasury functions, including cash flow management and financial risk assessment.Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate potential investments.Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's financial strategies remain competitive.Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role.Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and concepts.Experience in investor relations and treasury functions is a plus.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.Broad knowledge of financial principles and practices.Eagerness to grow and take on new challenges within the organization.
