As a growing company, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and make an overall impact on our client's lives.The role:We're seeking a self-starter who possesses strong negotiating skills, creativity and a can-do attitude. This role is one of the first touch points for prospective clients and is integral in setting the tone for the sales cycle following.The ideal candidate has deep understanding and experience with the entire sales process- excelling at lead conversion, relationship building, and deal closing. We're looking for someone with a successful track record of closing claim and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls with proven experience converting inbound leadsRepresent the company's products and services with a deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of our clientsMaintain professional and ethical relationships while maintaining client confidentialityAchieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales strategies and tacticsWork closely with marketing, client services and other departments within the organizationHandling client inquiries and correspondence with compassion and accuracyRepresent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offeringsCommunicate effectively with clients, establishing and nurturing client relationshipsCollaborate effectively with others fostering a positive and cooperative work environmentCommunicate relevant information to increase team knowledgeCoordinate with necessary parties to enhance service for our clientsMaintain and update databases, filing systems, and document repositories, ensuring easy retrieval and accurate recordkeepingEnsuring our legal and regulatory requirements are constantly metMinimum Requirements:Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in sales, inbound calls preferredBachelors degree preferred or equivalent mix of experience and educationExcellent and empathetic communicator with customer service skillsUphold the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentialityAbility to work independently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivityExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend complex legal concepts and convey them clearly to clientsProficiency with CRM systemsQualifications that Predict SuccessStrong ability to balance persuasion and professionalismAbility to juggle multiple priorities within tight time constraintsAdaptable and comfortable with a level of change as a growing companyWillingness to learn legal concepts, procedures, and terminologyAttention to detail to maintain accurate client recordsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyCompensation: Base salary range of 60,000 plus a discretionary bonus.EEO Compliance: Consumer Legal Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
