Required Skills & Experience:- Education: B.S. in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related financial planning, wealth management, or investment banking.- Proven experience in executing and implementing comprehensive financial plans for clients.- Hands-on experience with financial planning software (eMoney preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and risk management.Nice to Have Skills & Experience:- Series 6566 certification is a plus.Job Description:Insight Global is seeking a Certified Financial Planner to join our client's growing firm. This individual will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their financial situations and develop tailored financial plans and Action Agendas to meet their needs. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a financial planning role and be comfortable creating retirement strategies, estate plans, and tax optimization strategies. A strong background in utilizing platforms such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro, alongside the Microsoft Office suite, is required. You will manage multiple clients and should have a solid understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and risk management.Position Responsibilities:- Own and develop technical deliverables, standardizing mechanical guidelines and templates.- Lead engineers and designers in executing mechanical power work.- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, including change management.- Provide third-party mechanical engineering oversight and quality reviews.- Own mechanical design; may serve as engineer of record or project manager.- Performreview mechanical engineering tasks using current technology and standards.- Preparereview P&IDs, equipment layouts, 3D models, piping isometrics, area classifications, sizing calculations, line lists, valve lists, equipment specifications, data sheets, requisitions, and technical bid analysis.- Collaborate with EPC team and clients on RFIs, reviews, change orders, and equipment buyout.- Develop project team vision, set priorities, and align with goals.- Foster high-performing teams and mentor members.- Improve customer satisfaction, work quality, and efficiency.- Develop and implement guidelines for engineering standardization.- Identify and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).- Stay updated on technology and industry practices.- Execute a communications plan to keep the team informed
