A growing company with opportunities for advancement Company sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and other learning opportunities Job Description The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of the facility Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS) and care planning process.  Serves on a multi-disciplinary management team with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing and Infection Control Nurse for the facility.  Position is required to take call one weekend per month.    Qualifications Current RN licensure for Colorado is required. Previous work experience in a long-term care or geriatric nursing is required. Previous work experience in a supervisory/management level position is preferred.
