We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Administrator for a wonder law practice in Hartford, CT. This position is ideal for individuals with some legal experience who are looking to expand their skills in a fast-paced legal environment. As a Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This is a temporary position that may become perm, onsite in Hartford Monday- Friday 8:30-5pm. What's in it for you? Onsite Monday-Friday working with a great teamTemporary position that may go perm$22-$24hr. based on experience.Gain valuable experience in the legal administration field ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to attorneys and legal staffManage and organize legal documents, including filings, contracts, and client recordsAssist with preparing legal forms, letters, and other documentsSchedule meetings, court dates, and appointmentsHandle communication with clients, vendors, and courtsAssist with case management and other legal tasks as neededMaintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulationsRequirements:Minimum of 1-2 years of legal administrative experienceStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management softwareAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityHigh attention to detail and accuracyPreferred Qualifications:Experience with legal research or case management softwareParalegal or similar certification is a plusHow to Apply:Please submit your resume by apply to this position.
