We will train the successful candidate with everything they need to be successful in the role and get a great start to their career. The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Commercial Director to increase sales and improve sales operations. This is a highly collaborative customer facing role that engages with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in sales, accounting, design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations to achieve commercial goals and objectives. This role is based in Austin, TX at a location to be opened in 2025. The ideal candidate will also be an exceptional communicator (email and spoken) and will have the ability to work independently and as well as part of a team. Travel to the Company's Seattle HQ for meetings, training or other business needs will be required from time to time.ResponsibilitiesInterface with customers directly as requested to support project execution and to maintain high levels of communication and service.Lead daily communication with customers and associated parties (partner vendors, branding agencies, or other) regarding new or ongoing projects as directed.Responding to web and social media inquiries andor answering incoming calls.Coordinate and support sales operations (such as industry trade shows) to achieve department and company goals.Support business development by creating and managing pipeline data in CRM andor ERP systems.Ensure real time accuracy and develop expert working knowledge of business systems, software, and processes.Attend customer meetings to capture and coordinate project milestones and plans. Communicate to stakeholders as needed.Develop expert knowledge of customer accounts and account-specific service requirements as well as company processes, operations, production capabilities, and product offerings.Facilitate cross-functional coordination to achieve project, milestones, deadlines, and goals. Build detailed project or account summaries and status reports.Execute, support preparations and attend trade shows as needed.Support and coordinate marketing projects or campaigns.Schedule internal and external meetings, as well as travel.Develop knowledge of beer and beverage industries, including trends, consolidation activities, and operational changes within beverage segments.Attend regular meetings including but not limited to, daily global commercial team huddles, project review meetings, as well as regular weekly sales and commercial team meetings.Constantly demonstrate high-energy, a positive attitude, solution-driven approach to problem-solving, a strong desire to learn and grow, and facilitate exceptional collaboration across departments whether working independently or as a member of a team.Additional duties, initiatives andor projects as assigned.Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences (history, sociology, anthropology), or other applicable field of study, or equivalent experience.Required SkillsExperience in sales in beer or beverage market a plusExcellent written communication and spoken communication skills in English.Driven to become a long-term and pivotal member of a growing team.A professional, highly organized, solution-oriented problem-solver, with a team-first approach grounded by respect, optimism, and a can-do attitude.A full driver's license.Possess a personal credit bank card that can be used for reimbursable expenses.Preferred SkillsCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)Leadership experience, for example on a sports team or club.
