Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a rapidly growing RIA as they add a Billing Associate to their growing Finance Team in Dallas, TX.The Billing Team is responsible for designing and executing the billing process for all services provided to all advisory clients. As a Billing Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly billing cycles while driving ongoing improvements in our billing operations.The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of financial transactions, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to support both advisors and internal stakeholders in delivering a seamless billing experience.Your ContributionOversee end-to-end billing processes, including custodian uploads, fee analysis, and adjustments, ensuring the highest level of accuracy.Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, offering proactive support and clear communication on billing-related matters.Assess complex billing scenarios and implement effective solutions tailored to unique client situations.Enhance operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and recommending automation strategies.Collaborate with custodial firms to resolve account-related issues and maintain smooth billing operations.Monitor billing accuracy and completeness, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies.Contribute to special projects focused on scaling billing capabilities and improving client experience.Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing procedures and best practices.What you BringBachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in financial services billing or a related field.Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Experience handling and analyzing large datasets using Excel or similar tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex billing concepts.Self-motivated with a track record of driving process improvements.Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel fortable in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Strong team player with a professional demeanor and a client-focused approach.How You'll Stand OutExperience working with major custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing.Familiarity with wealth management operations and client service workflows.Understanding of financial industry compliance requirements and billing regulations.Background in process automation and system optimization.Previous experience in a high-growth fintech environment.Why You Should Join Our ClientCompetitive compensation tied to individual and company impact.Work alongside top-tier professionals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, scaling prehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k) matching, and retirement options.Flexible time off policies, prioritizing work-life balance and personal growth.*This role is hybrid in Dallas, TX.
