A recognized services organization in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Strategic Projects Program Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, the Strategic Projects Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing program management support to the Chief of Administration & Risk.About the Opportunity:Start Date: ASAPAssignment Length: 6 months (potential extension)Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite; 2 days remote)Hours: 8am to 4:30pmResponsibilities:Provide program management support to the Chief of Administration & Risk, ensuring that all strategic projects are effectively coordinated and trackedConduct research and data analysis to inform decision-making, including compiling, reviewing, and assessing relevant dataPrepare written reports, presentations, and other communication materials based on research findings and project updatesOrganize and maintain detailed information on strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring it is easily accessible and up to datePlan and execute events as needed, including meetings, conferences, and internal events, coordinating logistics and ensuring successful executionManage and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and deadlines, ensuring optimal time management for the Chief of Administration & RiskEnsure confidentiality of sensitive information, acting as a trusted point of contact for confidential mattersAssist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and documents, providing support in the development and delivery of strategic initiativesServe as a liaison between the Chief of Administration & Risk and other senior leaders or stakeholders, coordinating communications and actionsQualifications:Proven experience in Program Management andor Administrative SupportDemonstrated experience working directly with executives, with an ability to anticipate their needs and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointSolid analytical, data assessment, and research skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Prior experience in Event Planning or Meeting CoordinationBackground in Administration, Risk Management, or similar fieldExperience with other Project Management toolsExperience in working directly with Executives
