Marketing Paralegal

Entrusted Advisors is seeking a talented Marketing Paralegal to join our team for an exciting engagement supporting one of our global clients, an internationally recognized consumer brand. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting in-house legal teams and business units in reviewing marketing assets to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry and company standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with and receive mentorship from senior members of the legal team.Responsibilities:Evaluate marketing content, promotional materials, and other assets for regulatory adherenceIdentify and escalate potential compliance risks and revise materials accordinglyProvide practical recommendations to internal marketing teams regarding best practicesQualifications:5+ years of experience working as a paralegal with an in-house corporate legal teamPrior experience with marketing and advertising compliance for consumer productsFamiliarity with claims substantiation or alcohol regulation is beneficial, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentThis is a hybrid role working on-site three days per week in the client's Atlanta office. The anticipated duration is 12-18 months, with the potential for a permanent offer of employment with the client following the engagement for the right candidate.
