Lead Wastewater Project Engineer

As a Lead Wastewater Project Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing cutting-edge systems that make a lasting environmental impact, all while enjoying a collaborative work environment where your expertise is valued and your career can thrive!Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Wastewater Project Engineer position include:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and a PE license (or EIT with relevant experience).Minimum 8-10 years of experience in decentralized wastewater treatment design, with at least 5 years as a lead designer.Expertise in designing treatment facilities, including MBR, SBR, activated sludge, MBBR, and biological treatment processes.Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite.Prepare and manage TLAP, TPDES, and re-use permit applications for TCEQ.Lead the design and permitting of decentralized wastewater treatment facilities, from conception through construction, including effluent discharge and sludge management systems.Collaborate with sub-consultants and oversee project schedules, engineering reports, and cost opinions.Provide construction phase services, including coordinating vendors, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and attending plant commissioning.Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k match up to 4%, 3 weeks of PTO, sick time, 7 paid holidays, $100 monthly reimbursement for cellinternet, travel reimbursements, and discretionary bonuses.DAVRON is the leading Headhunter and Executive Search firm for Engineering, Architecture, Construction, and Manufacturing professionals nationwide.
