Solar Optimum has been named Panasonic's National Installer of the Year for the FIFTH YEAR in a row!Job Responsibilities:· Submit quotes to assigned leads in a timely manner.· Send a sequence of follow up messages.· Respond and answer questions from leads via the Energy Sage platform.· Assign appointments to available energy consultants for leads that request a phone consultation.· Book appointments using the sales calendar.· Send appointment confirmation via email and request any necessary documents needed such as utility bills.· Convert leads to accounts via Salesforce.Qualifications:· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Creative problem solver.· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.· Positive attitude and ability to build and cultivate relationships.· Strong interest in the solar industry.· Sales or customer service experience.· Salesforce experience required.Solar Optimum offers a competitive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.Earning potential for the role: $65,000-$80,000Solar Optimum is an equal opportunity employerReasonable accommodation for disabled provided
