Stage Lighting Shop Technician

OverviewGLP, Inc. (not affiliated with German Light Products) has an opening for a full time employee to work in our Maryland warehouse. Eligible applicants must be mature, responsible, and a self-starter capable of working independently. A clean driving record is required and must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam. Experience driving a 26' truck is preferred, but we can train the right candidate. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include prepping equipment for shows and rentals, delivery and pickup, checking inout and repair & maintenance of equipment and general warehouse duties as required. QualificationsExperience with stage lighting andor rigging is required. Soldering, basic electronics repair as well as chain motor maintenance is preferred but not required.This is a union position. Membership is not required to apply.
