This role will have the ability to hit the ground running with a highly acquisitive team aiming to grow through mergers and acquisitions improving the overall company's size. The Corporate Development Senior Associate will be responsible for:Managing the acquisition pipeline, relationship management, and lead M&A execution efforts.Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuations for potential acquisition targets, in-depth due diligence, partnerships, and more.Manage full life cycle merger and acquisition processes.Work on special projects as needed.Report directly to the Head of M&A and work closely with C-Suite executives, the board, and the Private Equity partners.
