If so, we want to hear from you!About the Role:In this position, you'll play a critical role in diagnosing equipment processes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements. You'll also be responsible for managing multiple projects, introducing new technologies, and setting up new equipment for mass production.Shift: 1st: Monday - Friday 730am - 4pm Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (DOE) What You'll Do:✅Improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality✅ Reduce machine downtime and implement preventive measures✅ Introduce automation and innovative technologies for new models✅ Lead projects from planning to full implementation✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems (Kaizen team)✅ Support automation equipment and other manufacturing processesWhat We're Looking For:🔹 Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing-related technical role OR a BS in ElectricalMechanical Engineering🔹 Industrial Controls: 3+ years of experience with PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems🔹 PLC Troubleshooting & Programming experience.🔹 Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple projects🔹 Technical Knowledge: Ability to read equipment control and part drawings🔹 Safety Focused: Understanding of OSHA standards🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and strong troubleshooting abilitiesBonus Skills:✔️ Experience with automation equipment✔️ Hands-on experience with metalworking tools (mill, lathe, drill press, hand tools)✔️ Familiarity with vacuum and KK processes✔️ Strong understanding of supplier and customer relationshipsWhy Join Us?🌟 Work with cutting-edge automation and manufacturing technology🌟 Be part of an innovative and problem-solving team🌟 Opportunities for career growth and professional development
