AMG is working with reputable firms in Downtown and Clayton as they look to build their teams for their growing trust and estates practices.Each firm is looking to build its team of paralegals and legal assistants, seeking 3 years of expereince within the practice area.Emphasis on background in estate planning - assisting in the drafting and execution of planning documents, as well as knowledge tax implications, is highly preferred. Additional experience assisting with tax filings for individuals, fudiciaries and estates also desired.Additional experience in the following is not required, but would be beneficial- trust administration: preparing and executing documents, research.- probate litigation: document preparation, filings, and calendaring (trial experience desired but not required)Firms offer different levels of competitive salaries based on experience within practice. Firms offer hybrid schedule once training has finished.
