This role requires managing multiple projects at various stages simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution while coordinating with internal and external resources.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning sessions and collaborate with architects or engineers to determine project specifications.Assess resource requirements, including manpower, while adhering to budget constraints.Develop and maintain project schedules and billing timelines.Ensure project deadlines, schedules, and budgets are met.Conduct weekly project reviews with field supervisors and installation managers.Coordinate monthly progress evaluations for billing purposes.Provide monthly cost-to-complete reports to the accounting team.Negotiate contracts with external vendors to achieve profitable agreements.Review and understand project contracts with contractors, owners, and subcontractors.Lead project turnover meetings from estimating through close-out and postmortem analysis.Review plans and specifications for submittals and scope of work compliance.Maintain high-quality performance standards, communicate expectations, and ensure accountability.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience.Minimum of two years of experience managing projects.Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.Proficiency in project scheduling and scheduling tools.Familiarity with construction management software (experience with ComputerEase is a plus).PMP certification or equivalent preferred.Additional Skills & Attributes:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.Capacity to work under high-stress situations.Team-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization committed to excellence in refrigeration solutions.
