Account Manager

As the world's leading global HR solutions provider, we are growing rapidly and looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our team onsite in New York City. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to full time. This role requires someone to be onsite 2-3 days a week with a flexible schedule at the Midtown this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous process improvements, expanding client relationships, and managing a contingent workforce while maintaining our supplier partnerships through our integrated MSP. What you get to do:Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of Creative, Marketing, and Professional freelance or temporary rolesDevelop fulfillment strategy for client including, but not limited to leveraging job boards, social media, referrals and MSP approved agency partners to creatively source top talent Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure satisfactionWork with a client that is a leader in the luxury retail industryManage a growing contingent workforce acting as the main point of contact for any HR related support (ie. payroll, taxes, escalations, etc.)Maintain and grow existing and new supplier partnerships through the integrated MSPInnovate and strategize to constantly drive process improvementsMaximize all opportunities to expand client relationships Work for the company that has the most competitive total comp in the industryCollaborate with a passionate team focused on achieving and delivering excellence everydayWhat you need to bring:3-4+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing account management 1+ years of experience recruiting for Creative andor Marketing rolesExperience working with luxury, hospitality or retail clients is preferredProven success and comfortability in a client facing environmentPrevious agency or vendor management preferredA drive for innovation in recruitment strategiesThe ability to build and maintain strong working relationshipsExperience with on-site staffingMSPVMSRPO is helpful but not requiredUnsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levelsA high sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task Proficiency with tech, calendaring, organizational toolsBachelor's degree preferredAt Randstad, we love to celebrate our hardworking diverse teams demonstrated through our ongoing commitment and diversity awards.
