Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of multifamily construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of various multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Work closely with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Ensure all permits and regulatory approvals are obtained and adhered to throughout the project.Manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring projects stay on budget and cost overruns are minimized.Review and approve subcontractor bids, material orders, and supplier contracts.Negotiate contracts and change orders as necessary, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and complies with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.Conduct regular site inspections to review the work progress, identify quality issues, and implement corrective actions.Ensure all project documentation, including change orders, contracts, and inspection reports, is up-to-date and organized.Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
