Senior Litigation Paralegal

Vaco Boston has partnered with a top Boston law firm that is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal. This individual will report directly to the Litigation Department Chair and supervises two junior paralegals.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and maintains a system to organize client files and documents in paper and electronic pletes legal research in law libraryCompletes reviews of certain legal documents and the filing of documentsParticipates in client meetings, telephone callsconferences, and prepares written communicationsPrepares client or firm documents as directed by an attorney to draft andor edit.Maintains document databases using document review softwareHelps facilitate training sessions for attorneys on effectively utilizing paralegal supportSupervises, trains, and mentors junior paralegals QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree preferred.8-10 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal for a law firm required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools and database managementadministration systems.Experience with performing document reviews and providing case managementExcellent grammar, spelling and proofing for content and context.Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills
