The company holds various certifications and has received industry accolades, with headquarters in Totowa, New Jersey.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Change Management Lead at Cibo Vita in Totowa, NJ. The Change Management Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to stakeholder engagement, program management, and business transformation to drive organizational change and enhance efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the SAP S4HANA Public Cloud implementation, with a focus on the unique challenges of the CPG industry.• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, department heads, and employees to align on change objectives and ensure buy-in from all impacted areas of the organization.• Advanced Communication: Lead clear, consistent, and engaging communication efforts across the company. Develop advanced communication tools and plans to ensure the right messages reach the right people at the right time• Training & Development: Design and implement customized training programs and materials that cater to both business users and technical teams, ensuring the adoption of SAP S4HANA features, tools, and processes.• Resistance Management: Identify potential areas of resistance, including user hesitancy and process challenges, and proactively address them using advanced tools and targeted strategies• Process Optimization: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand the business impact of SAP S4HANA Public Cloud on critical CPG processes (e.g., supply chain, inventory management, demand planning) and ensure seamless integration and alignment.• Advanced Tools & Technology: Utilize advanced change management tools (e.g., digital training platforms, collaboration tools) to manage the transition effectively. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to change management processes.• Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management activities. Provide ongoing reports to senior leadership on the progress of the transition and the adoption of new systems.• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor change management team members, ensuring best practices are followed and development opportunities are provided for team members.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).• 5-7 years of experience in change management with a focus on large-scale technology implementations, preferably in the CPG industry.• Strong knowledge and experience with SAP S4HANA Public Cloud and its application to business processes, especially within the CPG sector (e.g., finance, supply chain management).• Expertise in leading change efforts using advanced tools and methodologies (digital learning platforms)• In-depth experience with SAP ERP systems and deep understanding of business process integration in CPG.• Proven ability to lead organizational change, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver complex initiatives on time• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with complex project requirements.• Ability to work onsite and without sponsorship.
