Travel Physical Therapist - $2,502 per week

Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel AMDIJPTherapy PT Home Health Home visits. Periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation current drivers license and agency-required liability insurance.' Average # of patients/day: 5-6 Points per day/week: How are points broken down 30 points per week. Each type of visit and activity (documentation travel etc.) hold a different point value. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points. Guaranteed Hours: No if there is a situation where the contractor is unable to meet their financial needs due to low patient census please reach out to the AM to discuss floating the contractor to a nearby clinic to pick up hours. Types of Cases: Start of Care Follow Ups Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience First-timers accepted: (Y/N) No must have recent Home Health experience Weekend REQ: Varies per location and profession please have traveler discuss during the interview.
