ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED! EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Comprehensive Cancer Center, 318 acute care beds. All inpatient units/ 36 beds. Units are specialized by cancer diagnosis. Floating to MedSurg units including: BMT, Acute Leukemia, Hematology, Medical Oncology, Gynecological Oncology, Urology, Colorectal, Surgical Oncology, Corrections Healthcare Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5 Weekends - variable based on unit needs No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff Self-schedule requests - you will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift.
