We do so through a unique partnership model, rigorous and disciplined credit underwriting and creative investment structuring built around delivering certainty and flexibility to our borrowers.We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior Asset Manager to assist with the management and oversight of the PHCC portfolio. Our assets reside in a variety of sectors, including commercial real estate, higher education, healthcare, and infrastructure. This role will be based in Dallas, Texas, and report to the Co-Chief Credit Officer. It includes the following responsibilities: Monitoring the performance of PHCC bonddebt portfolio transactionsPerforming regular site inspections on real estate collateralMonitoring third-party construction to ensure PHCC-financed projects are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborating with credit and asset management team members to deliver regular portfolio updates and performance metrics to senior managementMaintaining content and quality of PHCC's asset management databaseInteracting and communicating effectively with the Chief Credit Officer, Operations, the Originations team, and other PHCC unitsQualified candidates will possess the following:6 or more years of overall professional experience, with at least five years in real estate, fixed income, or asset managementA Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field Must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of real estate, including construction (construction draw experience strongly preferred) property operations, underwriting and valuationExcellent writtenverbal communications skills and technical skills, including data management and financial analysisStrong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to produce effectively in a fast-paced environment, and resolute attention to detail and accuracyExperience using excel to construct financial models for transactions and to track performanceCFA Charterholder is a plusPersonal Attributes:Uncompromising personal integrityTeam player -- willing to contribute toward the completion of other credit, underwriting and operational tasks as needed Organized and efficient, able to establish prioritiesAbility to workinteract effectively at a very senior level, both internally and externallyIntelligent, decisive, and willing to learn and adopt firm culturePHCC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including:Company-paid medicaldentalvision plans401(k) with employer matchPaid vacation based on position and length of serviceEmployer paid longshort term disability and life insurance coveragePlease submit resumes to or apply on LinkedIn NO AGENCIES PLEASEPreston Hollow Community Capital is an EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY employer.
