Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in executing M&A and capital raising transactions while working closely with senior bankers and clients. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong analytical skills, a passion for critical thinking and creativity, and a willingness to embrace technology to improve efficiency and execution aligning with Forbes Partners' forward-thinking strategy. This role provides a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop core investment banking skills and work on high-impact transactions with experienced professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses to support deal execution.Transaction Execution: Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and due diligence documents for M&A and capital raise dustry & Company Research: Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and market trends to support deal sourcing and client advisory.Client & Investor Engagement: Support senior bankers in coordinating client meetings, investor outreach, and transaction processes. Present investment theses and detailed analyses to sophisticated clients and investors.Technology Integration: Utilize AI tools and automation (such as GPTs and financial modeling software) to enhance workflow efficiency.Process Management: Track deal progress, manage data rooms, and ensure smooth execution of transaction-related tasks.Team Collaboration: Work closely with associates and senior bankers to learn best practices and contribute to a high-performing team.Firm-Building: All team members are encouraged to assist in recruiting, cultural initiatives, networking events, and ongoing training. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, CapIQ, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven terest in utilizing technology and automation to enhance efficiency.Prior internship or relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus.Willingness to obtain SIE, Series 79 & 63 (or currently held) Why Join Forbes Partners?Forbes Partners is committed to building a collaborative and rewarding culture.
