OTR Driver Trainer

Requirements: · Valid Class A CDL · At least 1 year verifiable OTR Driving Experience Description: Over the Road driving schedules available: Semi Regional Driver (5 days out, 2 days home weekly) Can be Monday-Friday Regional Driver (6 days out, home for 34 hour reset) 14/2 Driver (14 days out, 2 days home consecutively) **The above schedules offered will be based upon your location Wages and Work Expectation Trainer Pay - when you have a trainee - is: a. $ 350 per day training b. Remain eligible for safety bonus - while training (if you meet safety criteria) c. Cell phone reimbursement - $ 55/month d. Retention Bonus Pay: Base CPM plus assessorial pay included (when you do not have a trainee) Stop off Pay - Additional $15 Safety Bonus - Additional .03/per mile Productivity bonus- Additional .03/per mile Drop/Hook- $5 each, totaling $10 Live Load/Live Unload - $20 each, totaling $40 Detention Pay- $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting) Break Down Pay- $20 per hour (instantaneously) $80 dollars per Diem pay Paid hourly additional when filing in for shuttle or spotting work Month Performance Bonus Weekly Guarantee Pay Program Duties Responsibilities: · Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities · Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment · Use relevant technology to support instruction · Observe and evaluate student's performance and development · Provide appropriate feedback on performance · Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development · Communicate necessary information regularly to students and colleagues regarding student progress and student needs General Description of Benefits: - Paid orientation with company lunches and lodging provided - Company paid referral program- up to $1,500 per experienced driver when applicable - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) and 401(k) matching - Company paid life insurance policy - Generous paid time off - Holiday pay - 6 major holidays company paid - Passenger and Pet Policy offered
