We are looking to hire a Project Manager III RemotePosition may sit 100% virtual remote.Job DescriptionProvided support for processing the strand unit deployment through internal platform. This position will be integral to the success of the program to have timely administration and progression of the strand design and installations for 5G and WiFi deployment. This role will manage a book of sites in a specific market owning a Strand Radio Units from RF design through creation of the internal ticket through closeout.Researching and obtaining information regarding all applicable planning, zoning codes, and regulations affecting the deployment of a site.Maintaining complete documentation related to all planning, communications, and actions on sites.Review and approval of all necessary zoning applications and supporting documentation including written site description, justifications, plans and sketches, maps, construction drawings, structural analysis and photo simulations.Assist with the development of a 5G Site andor WiFi Development Strategy that includes partner selection criteria, market and regional Jurisdictional analysis, Site Development deployment intervals and other tasks as the strategy is developed.Assist with the sourcing, contract management, negotiation and supplier management strategies and practices for all components of the Site Development Strategy.Assist with the writing and analysis of Site Development RFPs.Oversee the site acquisition process for 5G andor WiFi sites within their span of control (Market Region) and working with the PMO, modify the 5G Site Development process with lessons learned to improve project planning and scheduling efficiencies.Manage site development partners through the site acquisition process by ensuring that the assignment and scheduling of assigned tasks follows the SLA timelines and deliverable requirements.
