We have an opening for an entry-level & mid-level Architect or Project Designer in our Manufacturing & Logistics studio. This role provides diversity and variety in your day-to-day, so our ideal candidate can work independently and flexibly on multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail and a collaborative spirit. Interested?What you'll be doing:Entry Level:Work in close cooperation with senior architectural staffDesign and production work, from schematic design through construction administration for advanced manufacturing, industrial and technology-rich projectsContributing to an array of architecture projects ranging from small to largeReliably translating design intent into Revit utilizing our firm standardsCoordinating with in-house architects, interior designers and engineers, as well as external consultants and vendorsFlexing your creative muscles on distinctive solutions for a wide range of project typesMid Level:Assist with the development of conceptual, schematic, and presentation materials for manufacturing and logistics building typesParticipate in interviews, proposals and presentations; communicate with clients & consultants throughout all phases of the projectMaintain quality control by utilizing established company tools and standardsAssist with processing and reviewing RFI's, shop drawings, submittals, and samples expeditiouslyDetermine applicable buildingzoning codes & implement into the designTake direction from the project manager and assist with construction documents and Revit model creationsWhat you need:Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program0-4 years (entry) or 4-8 years (mid) of professional architecture experienceEligible for ARE (Architect Registration Examination)Proficiency in Revit; Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred, including but not limited to: SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365An appreciation of our Ask.
