About the RoleWe are seeking an entry-level Relationship Manager to support our advisors in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and families. This position serves as the primary day-to-day contact for clients while executing the advisor's wealth management strategies.Experience Requirements0-2 years of experience in financial services or related fieldEntry-level position with growth potentialRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldSeries 65 license required (must obtain within 90 days if not currently held)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteEagerness to learn and grow in the wealth management industryPrimary ResponsibilitiesClient CommunicationsServe as primary liaison between clients and head financial advisorGenerate clear action items and provide timely follow-up on client requestsCoordinate and prepare materials for client meetingsMaintain detailed notes of client interactions in CRMTechnical OperationsProcess account maintenance requests and prepare custodian paperworkDevelop knowledge of custodial platforms and proceduresCreate and maintain eMoney financial plansMonitor client portfolios and flag issues for head advisor's attentionFacilitate smooth onboarding of new clients, including paperwork and account transfersCoordinate with operations, compliance, and investment management teamsCompensation & BenefitsBase CompensationTotal compensation range: $85,000 - $100,000Structure: Base salary + annual bonusBenefitsHealth insurance with employer paying 70% of the premium costs30 days of paid-time off (PTO) every full calendar yearGenerous employer-paid retirement account contributions after 1 year of service:Mandatory 401(k) Safe Harbor Match of 3% of compensationDiscretionary 401(k) Profit Sharing of up to 6% of compensationCash Balance Plan of 2% of compensationHybrid work policy - three days in the office and two days virtualDesired Skills & DevelopmentInterest in pursuing CFP® designationFamiliarity with financial planning software (especially eMoney)Basic understanding of investment and financial planning conceptsCommitment to professional growth in wealth managementThe ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who is eager to build a career in wealth management while providing exceptional support to advisors and clients.
