SVP CRE Special Assets

Our client is a reputable asset management firm specializing in illiquid credit investments, with a strong focus on commercial real estate (CRE). The team is growing rapidly and are now looking for an SVP of CRE Special Assets. An SVP, Special Assets CRE will oversee a diverse portfolio of unique, distressed, or complex loans and continously monitor business and financial performance of counterparties.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of distressed and illiquid CRE credit investments.Lead loan restructurings, workouts, and asset dispositions to maximize recovery.Conduct financial analysis, covenant reviews, and valuation assessments.Negotiate legal agreements, including forbearances, amendments, and refinancings.Collaborate with internal teams, borrowers, legal counsel, and investors.Requirements:Extensive experience in CRE credit workouts and restructuring.Strong financial modeling and legal negotiation skills.Proven ability to manage complex transactions and drive asset performance.Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
