The company is positioned for significant growth, and are looking for a revenue leader to take them to the next level.The RoleSeeking an experienced SVP of Sales to join the leadership team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to C-suite, focused on building and scaling the revenue operations and sales team. This is an on-site role based in Nashville, Tennessee, requiring 5 days per week in office (open to relocation). Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies growing revenue from $5M to $25M Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organizationCollaborate closely with Marketing to align go-to-market strategiesEstablish and optimize sales processes, metrics, and reporting frameworksParticipate in executive leadership team decisions and company strategyRequired QualificationsProven track record of revenue growth and team building in B2B salesPrevious experience as CRO, SVP Sales, or similar revenue leadership roleExperience in CTV, digital advertising, or related technology sectorsStrong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing sales teamsStrategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and relationship-building capabilitiesAbility to work full-time from our Nashville office (5 days per week)If interested, please apply directly or email your resume to
