This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, coaching, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about renewable energy.Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goalsDesign and implement sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and maximize revenueMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales performanceCollaborate with marketing and field sales teams to enhance lead-generation effortsEstablish and refine sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and best practicesTrain and mentor sales representatives to improve call quality, closing rates, and customer engagementUtilize CRM systems to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate reportingIdentify process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiencyFoster a high-energy, performance-driven sales cultureStay up to date with solar industry trends, incentives, and competitor activitiesWhat You Need to Have:3+ years of experience in inside sales management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related industryProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience with CRM software and sales automation toolsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordinglyHigh level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassion for sustainability and renewable energy is a plus
