Field Service UPS Technician

Position Details: Title: Field Service UPS Technician Location: Freeport, NY Shift: M-F 8am - 5pm, some weekends (Sunday is rare). Paid overtime after hours (5pm) and weekends (avg 8-16 hours of overtime) Compensation: $80k - $110k (Based off experience) + Incentives + overtime + Company vehicle or personal vehicle with Mileage and Fuel reimbursement Benefits: Comprehensive Corporate Benefits Package Travel: Daily local travel Position Description: The Field Service UPS Technician will be responsible for working on their customer's OEM Manufacturer's Systems (Vertiv, Schneider, Eaton, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, ect.). The UPS technician will be responsible for repairs and testing of these systems as well as providing impeccable customer service to customers in and around New York City. Responsible for all paperwork associated with their services. Requirements: A candidate for this role should have 3-5 years' experience with electronics Electrical and UPS systems. Electrical Testing experience is also beneficial. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and live within 50 miles of NYC. Candidates leaving the military and wanting to move for the role, should have ties familiarity to the NYC area. A person for this role should have the ability to work independently, be proactive and have impeccable interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service.
