Reports toDirector of SalesCollaboratorsDesign Team, Project Managing, StagingSummaryThe Sales Account Executive is a mid-level professional responsible for driving revenues and assisting the team with general operational day to day tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Position Requirementsâ— Assist the Director of Sales with all necessary day-to-day dutiesâ— Track sales metrics to inform business KPIs, namely proposals and contractsâ— Build, maintain, and manage client relationships throughout the project cycle and nurture beyond to ensure client satisfaction and retentionâ— Run point as main POC for entirety of project life cycle, conducting regular check-in's and meetings.â— Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets by effectively communicating product offerings and value propositions to clientsâ— Delegate client requests and tasks as needed to ensure timely completion and compliance by working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, install, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless client experience.â— Conduct client site visits of potential projects for bespoke proposal builds, as well as walkthroughs of completed projects to ensure client satisfactionâ— Assemble and share proposals for review and internal approval, and conduct follow-up activities including client coordination, meeting andor call attendance, feedback accommodations, etc. (as needed)â— Serve as a brand ambassador and local face of Ash Staging to clientele in the real estate industry by keeping up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competitionSkills and Experienceâ— 3-5 years of experience in sales andor account management, preferably in a B2B environment.â— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clientsâ— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.â— Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.â— Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.â— Ability to identify urgent and important tasks and projects and prioritize accordinglyâ— Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a positive and collaborative attitude.â— Willingness to travel as required.â— Proficiency in Microsoft Suite requiredâ— Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field preferredâ— Experience in real estate andor interiors preferredAttributesâ— Exemplary communicator - you revel in replying hastily, often outside of typical business hours, and err on the side of overcommunicating to ensure that everyone is in the loopâ— Positive personality - you lift the spirits of your internal colleagues as well as clients and collaborators external to the organization, regardless of your internal moodâ— Naturally organized - without any third-party direction, you seek the pinnacle of organization and consistency within all components of your life both professionally and personallyâ— Perfectionist - you are naturally inclined to demand the best of the best, and root out any imperfections whenever they present themselvesâ— Adaptable - comfort stepping into and out of certain roles of direct managers as needed, particularly during times of executive travelâ— Down-to-earth - while you like being recognized and rewarded as all people do, you are comfortable being the person supporting the leaders of the brand, and deferring to client requests as they come inâ— Relentless - you seek to close out any and all open tasks, and continually follow up on those you rely on to complete your work; loose threads are generally always unacceptable to youâ— Big Picture Thinker - you keep your eyes on the long term prize and are unfazed by the day-to-day tasks that are required of you in the service of the company's vision; you are excited by rapid growth and the challenges that come along with itâ— Competitive - you are motivated by outwitting external competition and regularly track the work of third parties to ensure market dominanceâ— Culture Maven - you constantly seek inspiration from the worlds of design, art, architecture, and fashion and embody these ideals in your personal presentation as well as in the work of those you manageCompensationâ— The initial base salary will be $60,000 (Sixty Thousand dollars) per year, payable in accordance with with the Company's regular payroll practices, with uncapped commissions eligibility beginning in Q1 2024 (January 1, 2024) with OTE (on-target earnings) set at $90,000 (Ninety Thousand dollars).
