HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking foran Industrial Services Administrator to join their safety conscious team in Rosemount MN! The Industrial Services Administrator will be responsible to provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient area operations, including responsibility for general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work. Competitive wages Temp seasonal position from $18 to $25 Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career Positive & safe work environments Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member, meet and greet clients and visitors, open sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. Constructcompleteinput documents for area manageroperations managerfield supervisorfield administrator. Purchase order creation for the branch as instructed by the area manager. Vouchering of vendor invoices on a timely basis and submittal of batches to corporate AP for processing Reconciling vendor statements to verify invoices received and payment, resolves issues with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment terms, late payment, etc. Assist with onboarding processes within the branch, assist with completion of new hire forms, data entry into WINPeoplesoft Completion of data entry in WIN and other systems related to equipmentpersonnel certifications, trip and dispatch reports, IFTA, logbooks. Employee time entry Purchase supplies as it relates to office equipment and general supply needs. P-card entry and reconciliation Work with area admin staff to ensure the accurate payment of owner operators, verifyingreconciling owner operator statements. Provide necessary documentationcalculationssupport to owner operators. Provide feedback to Field Admin, Area Managers, and the billing group regarding improvements to data entry and the owner operator payment process. Investigate and communicate discrepancies in the owner operator payables. Qualifications What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
