Job Title: Clean Energy Strategist Business DevelopmentJob Summary:The Clean Energy Strategist plays a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating clean energy opportunities that align with the company's existing business portfolio. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, financial risks, and competitive advantages to drive strategic decision-making and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in energy markets, business strategy, or financial analysis, with expertise in clean energy solutions such as renewables, hydrogen, ammonia, CCUS and SAF.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and execute clean energy strategies that align with the company's core business and long-term growth objectives.Analyze market trends, regulatory policies, and emerging technologies to identify profitable investment and partnership opportunities.Assess financial risks and advantages of clean energy projects, ensuring strategic alignment and risk mitigation.Evaluate new business opportunities such as renewables, hydrogen, ammonia, CCUS and SAF.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance clean energy initiatives and strategic partnerships.Stay informed on government incentives, carbon credits, and funding opportunities to enhance project economics.Qualifications & Requirements:5 to 15 years of experience in energy strategy, finance, business development, or related fields within the clean energy sector.Strong expertise in market analysis, financial risk assessment, and strategic decision-making within energy industries.Deep knowledge of renewables, hydrogen, carbon management, CCUS, ammonia and emerging clean energy technologies.Ability to identify synergies between new energy opportunities and the company's existing business.Experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and policy evaluation for clean energy projects.Proven track record in developing strategic roadmaps and executing growth initiatives in the energy sector.Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.Salary: 180K~200K BOEBenefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, 401K
