This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in real estate accounting and management to drive operational excellence and contribute to organizational pensation: $140,000 - $150,000yearLocation: Philadelphia, PASchedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)Responsibilities as the Financial Controller (Real Estate):Accounting Oversight: Manage daily operations, including billing, accounts receivablepayable, general ledger, and fixed asset accounting.Records Management: Maintain books, capital accounts, registered entities, and formation documents.Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for pliance: Ensure all financial processes adhere to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.Collaboration: Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including the CEO.Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor the accounting team to ensure operational excellence and professional growth.Qualifications for the Financial Controller (Real Estate):Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.Experience: 7-20 years of experience as a Controller, preferably in real estate, with demonstrated management expertise.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAGE 300 and strong knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and other accounting dustry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of real estate accounting practices, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.Leadership Attributes: Proven ability to manage all aspects of accounting operations and confidently present financial data to senior leadership, including the CEO.Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.Application Notice: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
