The Role The Credit & Returns Specialist is responsible for processing returns and credits for all sales channels and is part of the accounting department reporting directly to the CFO. The role will work with the Distribution team on all QC and product information but support the sales and customer service teams providing details about returned merchandise. In addition, the Returns Specialist is expected to investigate returns that may need to be communicated across multiple departments of the business. The Returns Specialist must ensure accuracy of all merchandise processes. Responsibilities: Process returns and credits through SAP system in expected turnaround time Prepare inventory to be returned to stock Identify, investigate, process and complete customer returns and merchandise transfers, while utilizing the Department SOP's. Disposition of merchandise (including identification of non-genuine Midas product), process credits, exchanges through SAP systems. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate processing of internal external customer requests. Communicate daily with multiple departments in order to complete returns which require situational investigations. Monitor and respond to all returns emails and provide appropriate communications to inquiries from internal departments throughout the organization. Prepare and work with distribution counterparts to ensure items are returned to stock in an accurate manner. Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Adhere to safe work procedures when performing job duties. Collaborate with Sales Executive and Customer Service teams for Wholesale, Majors and Independent Sales Ensure proper security of confidential customer information is maintained Collaborate with department leadership and team to execute workload plan, adjusting as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or 4 years of equivalent work experience Experience with Warehouse Management System Order Management or SAP is a plus Advance PC, Microsoft Outlook Excel skills Solid basic math skills Excellent communication skills and good judgement required Acute attention to detail Adaptable and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential 40-hour work week with hours M-F from 9:00am-5:30pm PI9d3698155711-37246-36484119
