Owner's Representative

We are assisting a leading construction management and general contracting firm with the hiring of an Owner's Rep to specialize in healthcare and hospital expansions. Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Owner's Representative to oversee construction projects on behalf of ownership. This role involves managing contractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, construction experience, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Represent ownership interests throughout all phases of construction projects.Oversee contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure project success.Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.Conduct regular site visits and report progress to stakeholders.Review and approve invoices, change orders, and contract documents.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Identify and resolve construction-related issues efficiently.Provide updates and recommendations to ownership on project risks and opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in construction management or a similar role.Experience as a Project Manager or Sr Project Manager overseeing healthcare construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.
