We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team in one of the following locations:White Plains, NYDedham, MASouthborough, MAThis hybrid role offers a blend of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility while ensuring close collaboration with our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decision-making.How You Will ContributeConsolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statements forecasts, etc.) considering the company's goals and financial standing.Drive critical and complex analysis and reporting of key performance indicators with focus on driving revenue and operating income growthGenerate reporting and analysis of monthly financial month-end packages.Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.Quickly respond to ad hoc queries from internal customers (seniorexecutive management).Partner with data & analytics team in the development of new reporting needed to provide further insights into our business performance.Assist with creation of PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership for internal purposes that bring the data to life through compelling visualizations.Other duties as assignedSkills & Experience to Be SuccessfulRequired:Bachelor's degree in a Finance or Accounting discipline required.3+ years progressive work experience in financial analysis and budgeting.Highly proficient in Excel modeling, PowerPoint, MS Word, and financial software applications.Experience with Workday, and Power BI is a plus.Ability to cleanse and analyze large datasets in order to find trends and draw conclusions.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Effective communication & interpersonal skills.Preferred:Experience with insurance or other financial services industryExperience presenting to groups of peers or leadershipExperience working remotely with other stakeholdersWorking knowledge of accounting principals and journal entriesPay Range $80,000-$100,000 annuallyTeammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including: Health Benefits: MedicalRx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services; Beyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.
