This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations by supporting a variety of administrative, marketing, and recruiting functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities"”all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.Role Responsibilities include:Phone ManagementEffectively receive, screen, and transfer incoming phone callsManage auto attendant through the phone systemOffice & Administrative SupportGreet office visitors and interview candidates Assist with scheduling meetings for Executive Partners, including outreach and scheduling for interview candidatesSet up and prepare for in person and company wide meetings, and oversee meeting room bookingsCommunicate with vendors including building management and securityCoordinate and manage incoming food deliveriesMonitor office supplies and snacks, and place orders to refillSupport out of the office activities (Bank, Post office etc.) Order supplies to support large mailing activitiesEnsure office appearance is clean & presentable including kitchen, conference rooms, production room, entrance areaPrepareclean-up cubicles when people join or leave the companyProvide support for special Admin Department projects as they are identifiedMarketing SupportProvide binding support for numerous types of marketing materialsDistribute and send out mail, record mail returnsQualifications and skills:Strong organization and time management skillsAttention to detail and problem solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal communicationPreferred:Associates degree or above, or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Google Workspace Compensation: Comprehensive compensation package including base salary of $48k and $2k bonus after one year, 401(k), health disability benefits and a generous time off policy.
