Job Title: Mechanical Director of Sales - Western RegionLocation: Phoenix, AZJob Type: Full-timeOverviewWe seek a Mechanical Director of Sales to lead and expand commercial HVAC service and mechanical construction sales operations in the Western Region, based in Phoenix, AZ. This leadership role requires a strategic sales expert with deep industry knowledge, a track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to manage and develop high-performing sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC, mechanical service, and retrofit projects and the expertise to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
