MEP Superintendent

ABOUTNationally known General Contractor with a diverse portfolio of large complex commercial construction projects. Actively seeking Superintendents (National Travel & regional travel) to lead their MEP-driven project types including Data Center, Mission Critical, Cleanroom, Healthcare, Life Science.JOB DESCRIPTIONSuperintendent will have overall responsibility for an assigned construction project with a focus on safety, quality, budget and schedule.Implement all safety policies and quality programs, ensuring strong performance on safety auditsManage the activities of subcontractors, vendors and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activityPlan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controlsIdentify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director project executivesDocument on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to projectcontract requirementsCreates change orders to executionMiscellaneous purchasesReview subcontract agreementsMaintain strict control over the budget for each work activityCoordinate receipt of and inventory of all owner supplied materialsAssist in preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the Project ManagerQUALIFICATIONSVerticals include but are not limited to data center, mission critical, clean roomdry room, medicalhospital, data centermission critical, pharmaceutical and life science projects with estimated values of $50M-$300M+.A minimum of 5 years of construction experience as a Superintendent on projects valued over $50MThe capability of maintaining and following a Critical Path project scheduleA thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related itemsGeneral computer skills, willingness to expand the use of new technologies for scheduling and reports WHAT'S ON OFFERLeading Industry: base salary, benefits package, travel packages, company vehicle allowance, and bonus potentialOpportunity for career growth and to be part of a reputable firm with complex industry leading projects.
