This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and in-person.Job Responsibilities:Work as lead Party Chief of a field crew team in boundary, topographic, and construction survey on single and multi-family residential projects throughout the Puget Sound regionOperate or direct the operation of Leica, Topcon and Carlson instruments and data collectorsPerform field calculations on boundary and construction projectsWork in all weather and topographic conditionsBecome an important member of the Core Design teamHave the opportunity for career advancementRequired Background and Skills:Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Party Chief performing construction staking, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveysGood working knowledge of robotic total stations, GNSS, survey calculations, and data collectorsValid driver's license requiredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesJob Benefits Include:Paid medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance for employees401K matching and profit sharingGym reimbursement11 Paid holidays and vacation time
